  • Goods Are Faulty On Arrival

 

If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival, then you are entitled to a repair, replacement or a refund. Please contact us on 01244 403540 for assistance

 

 

 

  • Goods Become Faulty During Use

 

If your goods become faulty within 28 days please contact us directly for assistance on 01244 403540.
If your goods become faulty after 28 days, we strongly recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly for a warranty repair or replacement. This is often the quickest way to have a fault resolved.

 

 

 

  • If You Have Simply Changed Your Mind

 

If you have ordered items online from us, but then simply decided that you want to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 working days provided that the goods have not been used and must be returned in the original box, packaging with all accessories included, you will be responsible for returning the goods at your own risk and cost, therefore, we strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery Please inform us in writing in the first instance including item reference number to sales@camerasolutions.co.uk stating you wish to cancel your order. Where we have made a charge for postage, this will be deducted from your refund if the goods have been dispatched to you.

 

You will receive a refund via your original payment method as soon as we are in receipt of the goods and the product is complete and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging).
